For Civil Service Personnel to qualify for this service, you must provide the following documents:

• Notice of lay-off or intent to lay-off
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License or other photo ID
• Birth Certificate or Alien Registration card indicating right to work
• Proof of Selective Service Registration or previous service (Males born after December 31, 1959 must have served in the military or registered with selective service prior to their 26th birthday)
