Dislocated Worker Process:

• Eligibility Requirements: For Military Family Members to qualify for this service, you must provide the following documents:
  • Proof of previous employment (example: Pay Stub, W-2)
  • Copy of sponsor’s military orders to re-locate to Cannon Air Force Base or Holloman Air Force Base
  • Military ID card with sponsor identified
  • Social Security Card
  • Birth certificate or alien registration indicating right to work
  • Proof of Selective Service Registration or previous service (Males born after December 31, 1959 must have served in the military or registered with selective service prior to their 26th birthday)
